Experienced & professional.
With over 9 years of experience Tony is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer who has worked with over 250 clients with a large variety of goals from weight loss and pain reduction to Ironman event preparation. His training philosophy centres around varied functional movements to prepare his clients for all that life has to offer. Through prioritising great technique, optimal movement patterns and building strength together you will achieve the results you desire. 1-1 personal training with purpose
Work one on one with Tony in the gym or your home to develop strength, mobility and performance. Starting with an initial consultation and movement analysis Tony will work with you to develop a programme that suits your abilities, goals and lifestyle. Building on the core fundamentals you will develop skills, strength and move better than you ever have before. Training with Tony is more than just getting someone to take you through exercises and shout at you. Learn how to exercise safely, move well and how to live a fitter, healthier life.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching like no other
Get the benefits of working with an experienced coach from a distance. Dependent on your experience, abilities and goals you may be the perfect candidate for online coaching with Tony.
How does it work? Well, after a successful application you will be contacted by Tony within 24 hours to arrange an initial consultation and video movement analysis. Using the information gathered during this phase Tony will build you a completely bespoke training and mobility programme around your goals and current capabilities. Following the initial programming Tony will provide ongoing support, check ins and amends to ensure your success.
